417,825sf 5 building acquisition in two submarkets of class B industrial buildings. Bought, repositioned, improved NOI and sold in 32 months.
Build to Suit
Our Build to Suit capabilities include 3 buildings in Pleasanton Texas for Flint, UPP and Dover as well as a project in Midland for Clarion. All of the projects were for oil field service related clients that had short time frames of 90 days to be up and running. With our construction partner we delivered all on time and on budget. Each was specialized in some way to meet individual client needs.
Houston Industrial Portfolio
512,000 square feet located in 21 buildings 7 locations. Bought from bankruptcy Court in California at 72% leased, sold 21 months later at 92% leased.
Brookhollow and Oakhollow West Business Parks
25 acres in 5 tracts repositioned by solving the mitigation and detention issues, sold out in 22 months to users and investors.
Timmons Square/Place
84,000 square feet on 4 acres located at the SE and SW corners of W Alabama and Timmons. One and two story destination retail and office space. Repositioned and refurbished, sold 18 months later
Fairmont Parkway LaPorte Texas
50 acres located in Bayport North Industrial Park. Solved all of the detention, utility and mitigation issues and sold to user in 15 months.

Redeveloped small neighborhood shopping center and gas station, sold in 24 months.

30,000 square feet one and two story neighborhood center, repositioned center with building upgrades and re-tenanting to create valuable asset.
