Hempstead Business Park
The Hempstead Business Park is a strategically located 13 duplex building complex on Hempstead Highway between Dacoma and Antoine. This project is convenient to the major employment centers and also for employees accessing the location from surrounding neighborhoods. The project is 133,850 square feet on 7.08 acres. Almost all of these individual buildings have outside storage. All have grade loading and 20’ clear to the crown with 14 foot clear overhead doors. A unique location in the close in NW submarket.
Quail Valley Business Park
This recently acquired and well maintained service center project is located in Missouri City, Texas. A five-building project caters to small entrepreneurial firms serving the Southwest area of Houston, this property has had high historical occupancy and is poised to attract a steady supply of tenants because of the areaís thriving economy and high-end housing market. Located at 1306 FM 1092 (Murphy Road,) this projects contains a total of 66,000 sf and ample parking, as well as direct service by three freeways, allowing access to the Texas Medical Center and the Galleria within twenty minutes.
Pin Oak Crossing Shopping Center
Acquired in October of 2012, Pin Oak Crossing is a 32,845sf shopping center located on the new Katy North/South artery of Pin Oak Road. In addition to the shopping center, there are two ? acre pad sites for sale or build to suit. The shopping center offers a diverse blend of tenants, from Edward Jones Investments to Davita Dialysis and MRI facilities, as well as restaurants and specialty shops.
